Anthony Robert Talaga

April 15, 2015 Talaga, Anthony (Tony) Robert, age 54 years, of Grand Rapids, MI entered suddenly into eternal life on April 15th, 2015. He was born on June 21st, 1960 to Marjorie (Neiner) Talaga and the late Robert J. Talaga, in Bay City, MI. Tony liked nothing better than get togethers with family, friends and close coworkers at Central Michigan Paper where he worked for 20 years. Tony had a great love of music and was an avid drummer. He loved going for walks in the woods with his dog Buddie and his grand daughter Kayla, the love of his life. He was a dedicated Michigan football fan, especially during the Bo Schembechler era. Tony is survived by his wife Mary (LeFevre) Talaga of 33 years, their children: Holly, Nicholas and Heidi Talaga, and their grand daughter, Kayla Talaga, all of Grand Rapids, his mother Marjorie Talaga of Bay City MI, his sister, Jacqueline (William) Shuster of Cincinnati OH, a beloved father in law Thomas (Jerry) LeFevre and many nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind his dog, Buddie, his cherished companion. He was preceded in death by his father Robert J. Talaga and his mother in law Elizabeth (Betty) LeFevre. The funeral liturgy will be celebrated Wednesday April 22nd at 11 AM at St. Boniface church in Bay City, MI.
